Deal figures are from each student's case study. Multi-year totals are estimates, not guarantees. Results are not typical and depend on individual effort, market conditions and other factors.

Step 2Path to financial freedom

Build your $20,000+/month passive income blueprint

See how many deals it takes to generate $20,000–$40,000 a month in passive income with apartments.

5 questions. 3 minutes. We’ll review your blueprint together on the call.

Question 1 of 5

Results are planning estimates based on your saved assessment and approved educational assumptions. Actual investment results will vary. Renovation income is temporary and not included in passive-income replacement totals. Acquisition fees are one-time income. Refinance, disposition, and sale proceeds are not included in the recurring-income projection. This output is not financial or investment advice.

About the program

Who is Justin & why should I listen to him?

Justin is the CEO of Brennan Pohle Capital, a private real estate firm that acquires and develops apartment complexes across the United States. With a portfolio of 1,200+ units and $200M+ in assets, Justin and his team are working toward 10,000+ units and $1 billion in assets in the coming years.

He's a licensed general contractor and real estate broker, and owns a property management company. He started in title insurance, moved into land development, was an asset manager for several major banks during the financial crisis, then spent a decade as a luxury real estate agent. Today he puts that experience into apartment buildings, and into philanthropy.

Do you have a guarantee?

Yes. We're committed to your satisfaction. If we can't help you find a 10–30 unit multifamily that makes financial sense in your first 90 days, we can give you a pre-vetted one from our Deals on Demand program. Please see our team for details.* Our goal is to give you the tools and guidance to go from zero to hero. See our refund policy for details.

Is the program for beginners?

We work with new and seasoned investors, whether you own 0 multifamily units or 100+. If you already manage more than 100 units, we're happy to talk about partnership opportunities.

How much time do I need to dedicate?

5–10 hours a week in the beginning. Go through the course work, come to the live class trainings and connect with investors to move the needle and buy a deal in 90 days.

How much money do I need to do it?

Some gurus love to claim you can buy apartments with $0 out of pocket. Cute idea, but not reality. The truth? You don't need a fortune, but you do need some skin in the game. On average, you'll want $30,000–$50,000 in liquid capital to invest, control and own your first deal. We'll show you exactly how to make that money work, and how to build from there.

Can I keep my current job or career?

100% yes. Like any new venture, it takes time to build enough income to replace your job. So the program is built in bite-size chunks you can execute while keeping your current job or career.

Do you have a community?

Yes, an amazing one, with its own mobile app. You'll plug into a thriving investor community across multiple platforms, with instant access to our private app. In multifamily, partnerships and collaboration are everything, and we make sure you're supported every step of the way.

How long is the mentorship?

It's a 12-month mentorship program with lifetime access to all the resources, community and tools in your member portal. When you join, you're part of Multifamily Schooled for life, with a nationwide community of investors. We want to partner and do deals together.

Common worries

It takes too much money?

It takes money to buy real estate, but it doesn't have to be your money. In the mentorship we show you exactly how to find partners and investors who are looking for opportunities just like yours. We've had students close deals with $30K or less out of pocket.

It's too complicated?

It's complicated if you try to piece it together on your own. We give you a proven, step-by-step roadmap so you don't have to guess or reinvent the wheel. If you can follow instructions, you can do this.

I'm scared to lose money?

That fear is exactly why you should have an experienced mentor. We help you underwrite deals conservatively, avoid bad ones and negotiate strong terms so you're protected. Doing it alone is the risky part. Doing it with us is the smart part.

I don't know how to raise money?

Nobody does in the beginning, and that's why we teach you. You'll get the scripts, the pitch deck and the investor outreach system our students use to raise six and seven figures. You don't need to know rich people. You need the right process.

I don't know how to structure or finance?

We've already done the work for you. You'll get our financing templates, term sheets and deal structures that have been used on hundreds of deals. All you have to do is plug your deal into the framework.

Multifamily is too risky?

The riskiest thing you can do is rely on one paycheck or one income stream. Multifamily has multiple tenants paying rent, tax advantages, and has historically outperformed other real estate asset classes in downturns.

I don't want to be a landlord?

You won't be. We show you how to hire and manage professional property managers so you never have to fix toilets or collect rent checks.
