Justin is a 3rd-generation multifamily investor who has been in the space since the 2008 financial crisis. He is CEO of Brennan Pohle Capital, a private real estate firm that acquires and develops apartment complexes across the United States, with 1,200+ units and $200M+ in multifamily, and a goal of 10,000+ units and $1 billion in assets.

He is a licensed general contractor and real estate broker and owns a property management company. He started in title insurance, moved into land development, served as asset manager for several major banks during the financial crisis, and spent a decade as a luxury real estate agent. Today he focuses on apartment projects and philanthropy.
